Each Nuviita sachet is 8g, mixed with 500ml of water. The label's limit is 2 servings a day, so here are both totals:

The amino complex per sachet is L-Citrulline Malate (2:1) 1,200mg, Beta-Alanine 600mg, Taurine 400mg, L-Tyrosine 250mg and L-Glutamine 500mg, so two sachets doubles each of those too.
How many sachets a day?
The directions are to mix one sachet with 500ml of water, before, during or after physical activity, or any time as a hydration drink, and not to exceed 2 servings daily. That is the answer for this product. A different product's limit may differ, so check the label of whatever you buy rather than assuming.
Count the salt
At 1.4g of salt per sachet, two sachets give 2.8g. The NHS advises adults to have no more than 6g of salt a day in total, and that figure includes the salt already in your food. If you've been advised to limit your salt intake, speak to your doctor before using electrolyte sachets.
